1.shreeNche Blow Bar — Modular Construction
A two-part modular blow bar that replaces the conventional one-piece casting. Part A is the base bar, mounted inside the rotor and carrying the liner plate on top. Part B is a set of segmented removable liners (caps) that lift off for easy maintenance and replacement. Caps are positively locked to the base bar with tight clearance for vibration-free operation — so only the worn wear face is changed, not the entire bar.
2.Vertical Mill Rollers & Table Liners
Application-engineered grinding rollers and table liners for vertical roller mills, built with hard-facing and premium alloy options matched to your feed abrasiveness for extended grinding campaigns.
3.Cone Crusher Mantle & Concave Liners
Mantles and concave liners profiled to your crusher, chamber, and product gradation. Correct alloy selection and chamber matching deliver more tonnes per liner set and a more consistent product curve.
4.Wear Liners & Impact Protection
Chute, hopper, and transfer-point protection using ceramic-backed rubber, CCO overlay plate, and UHMWPE liners — specified per application to reduce abrasion, impact damage, noise, and material build-up.
